Hello Everyone! Welcome to Unforgettable Books!
Feature and Follow is a weekly meme hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee! It is a fantastic way to gain followers, meet new followers and bond over answers to an incredible question of the week!
Today, I officially started Spring Break so I am really happy and relaxed!
I am really excited for April, my birthday month! I'm excited to read everyone's answers!
The question of the week: Do you read books one at a time or do you switch back and forth between two or more?
My answer: I usually read one book at a time because I like to enjoy the book I'm reading and not have to deal with to many conflicting plot lines at the time. Recently I tried to start reading a printed book at the same time as a digital one, but I had a hard time reading the digital one because I want to complete the printed book's story.
Thank you for visiting!
I highly agree. I have also thought about having an ebook as well as a print book going just for different reading environments, but I really don't think I could do it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
Old follower :)
I find that I enjoy the story more too if its the only one I'm focused on. I also mix details up too so its just better to stay with one book. I've noticed a couple of people read an ebook and hard copy at the same time. More power to them!

For some reason I can focus on pretty complex plots. 2 at a time that is, but no more.

You've pretty much said exactly what I do! Even when I do try and multi-read, I get so stuck on one book, it never works anyway!
ReplyDeleteTara @ Hey, Tara
I always read one at a time so that I can give my full attention to it!

Yey! April's my birthday month too!
ReplyDeleteI have multiple books on the go at any one time, but I do always devote myself more to a certain book than the others. I think that's normal. :)
New follower. My FF.
Happy Friday, Rachel - I am the same way I tend to get confused if I read more that one book at a time. Happy Early Bday. :)
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy reading your books this week.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm now following you too.
ReplyDeleteFor me, personally, I can't stand having to stop a book to sleep, let alone to read a different book so I know how you feel lol
I'm almost always reading multiple books, but to each their own, right? Thanks for stopping by! :)
