Blogspiration (3) Woodpecker

Welcome!
Blogspiration is a new weekly meme hosted by GrowingUpYA andSaz101. The meme was created to help spark inspiration among bloggers, readers and writers alike. An inspirational quote/picture/video  is posted weekly, on the day of the author's choosing, so that it may inspire creativity, conversation or just a little SOMETHING.


This is one of my favorite memes! 


The quote I choose is from my favorite novel as a child. I always loved  unique story ,  Holes,  by Louis Sachar. The following quote is the song the Yelnats family sang. The purpose of the song was that once another family member sang this line to a certain person, the other person's life would be better. This is a bittersweet line that I love to sing because of its sweetness.

    Can we talk about the fact that Holes is the book that got me into reading? If I hadn't read Holes, I wouldn't be the person that I am today. I kinda owe my obsession/fascination with literature to Mr. Louis Sachar!

    RACHEL! :) I love this meme so much too because 1) If you've spoken to Sarah for even a little bit, you know how awesome she is! and 2) It's just so much fun to see what other people use as their blogspiration! And your blogspiration for this week is SO ADORABLE! I've never read Holes before, but it sounds like a really sweet & bittersweet tale. :)
