The Question of the week is:
Fight! Fight! If you could have two fictional characters battle it out (preferably from books), who would they be and who do you think would win?
My Answer:
Yay! A fun question! Okay, I will choose ... Ash from the Iron Fey against Dmitri Beikov from Vampire Academy.
For the physical fight: They are both great fighters, caring people and can become calm in fights. Though I feel Dmitri will win through his ability to not be effected by iron and other metals.
For the fight for my love: Ash! He is incredible! I'm in the middle of reading the Iron Queen for the first time and I completely am falling in love. Also, Dmitri has the negative characteristic of hurting my first and favorite book boyfriend, Adrian Ivashkov.

I'd be rooting for Ash!! But that's mainly because I haven't met Dmitri (and I adore Ash). Hoping to get to that series soon though :)

Oooh, what brilliant picks. I think you're right, due to the iron weakness, Dimitri would have the edge in a physical fight, especially as their strengths and speeds would be similar. That said, I will always love Ash!

I have only read the first book of the The Iron Fey series so I don't know Ash that well. But I love Dimitri, he is Amazing! Oh and I also love Adrian. I <3 VA guys!

I was actually fond of Dimitri up until book... 4 maybe. I felt he was a right ponse in the last book! Never read the Iron Fey series so I can't comment on Ash!

ReplyDeleteI still haven't read these books, but Iron Fey is so tempting for me to read. I have seen Ash a couple of times in other 'battles' so I believe he is pretty popular on blog world :p
